Privacy Policy

Peakwise is a hospitality demand intelligence product operated by PredictIQ AI LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Questions about this policy can be directed to [email protected].

Account & billing information. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment details on our behalf. We store only your email address and subscription tier — we never see or store your full card number.

API usage. We log API requests (endpoint, market, timestamp, response status) for billing, security, and quality purposes. We do not log request bodies or response payloads beyond what is necessary for debugging.

Website analytics. This site uses Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not share data with third parties.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provision and maintain your API access
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service alerts)
• Enforce tier entitlements (market access, forecast horizon)
• Monitor for abuse and security incidents
• Improve the accuracy of our demand models

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Stripe. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. Your payment data is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

We do not share your personal information with any other third party except as required by law.

We retain account and API usage data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes — we cannot recover a key once issued. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Our infrastructure runs on a private network with no public database exposure.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
